  • Utilize your site criteria and demographic profile to locate suitable target areas for your market development plan.
  • Locate suitable store locations within your market development plan and negotiate business terms of leases with landlords, or negotiate purchase contracts subject to your review and approval.
  • Resolve any problems with the lease or store upon occupancy.
