Once a location has been identified and approved by our client, ICRE will obtain approvals, purchase, finance and construct a building to our clients specifications in most any location in the United States. We will also purchase and lease back existing properties in your portfolio, which will allow our clients to utilize its capital for operating its business.
ICRE has over 40 years experience in dealing with local, county, state and federal approvals for real estate projects. As part of our Development Service we will:
- Retain local engineer to prepare all plans necessary to obtain all required zoning permits.
- Determine all applicable planning and zoning requirements and expedite all applications through a local zoning attorney and attend municipal review meetings. All costs would be subject to our clients review and approval.
- Secure all approvals, construct and obtain occupancy certificates and resolve punch list items.
