ICRE was founded in 1968 in Haddonfield, New Jersey, a Philadelphia suburb. We are a full service commercial real estate firm specializing in development and site location needs for chain stores and franchise operators. We have worked closely with banks, restaurants, child day care centers, automotive service companies and a variety of retailers to satisfy their site location needs. To date, we have located over 800 sites for various clients in almost every state. We have become one of the regions premier freestanding developers.
